Stoppa utvisningen av Shima och Kousha till en säker död i Iran

Enligt utlänningslagen kap 12, § 1, får man aldrig utvisa en person till ett land där personen befarar att "straffas med döden eller att utsättas för kroppsstraff, tortyr eller annan omänsklig eller förnedrande behandling eller bestraffning". Detta skulle även gå emot FN:s konvention mot tortyr, som Sverige undertecknat.

Detta är dock vad Migrationsverket just nu håller på att göra med vår vän Shima Maniee och hennes son Kousha från Iran, som för tillfället bor i Uppsala. Det "brott" de gjort är att ha konverterat till kristendomen, vilket det är dödsstraff på i Iran sedan 2008 (att lämna Islam), samt att Shima sprider nyheter om Iran på ett regimkritiskt sätt, samt dikter och har även skrivit en teaterpjäs som kommer att sättas upp i Uppsala inom kort av en teatergrupp som hon leder.

Migrationsverket tycks dock helt bortse både från att man bryter mot Svensk lag, tortyr-konventionen, samt alla sorts moraliska kompasser man kan tänkas ha haft som medmänniska.

På Amnestys webbplats nämns att Sverige kritiserats av FN:s kommitté mot tortyr (Committe Against Torture, CAT) tolv gånger. Andra siffror på nätet anger ett ännu högra antal. Sverige är inte längre ett land som står upp för mänskliga rättigheter, utan istället ett land som sänder människor i tortyr och dödsstraff.

Vi ber därför alla Svenskar med lite solidaritet och medmänsklighet kvar, att göra vad de kan för att sätta stopp för detta djupa brott mot mänskliga rättigheter, och visa att det inte är det Svenska folkets vilja.

Genom att skriva under visar du att du kräver att regeringen stoppar utvisningen av dessa människor till tortyr och dödsstraff i Iran!

English Version: Stop the expulsion of Shima and Kousha to a penalty of death in Iran!

The "foreigner law" (Utlänningslagen) Chapter 12, Paragraph 1, says, "Rejection and expulsion of a foreigner may never be enforced to a country where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the foreigner would be in danger of being punished by death or being subjected to corporal punishment, torture or other inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment ". This would also go against the "Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment", which Sweden has signed.

However, this is what the Swedish Immigration Board is currently in the process of doing with our friend Shima Maniee and her son Kousha from Iran, currently living in Uppsala. The only "crimes" that Shima and Kusha made is that they converted to Christianity. Something that is punishable by death in Iran since 2008, as we know. Shima is also active spreading news about Iran in a critical way, writing poems with policital critical content and even wrote a theater play that will be played in Uppsala soon. She is the director of that group of actors.

The Immigration Board seems to completely ignore both that they violate Swedish law and the Torture Convention, and any sort of moral compass you could possibly have had as a fellow human being.

In Amnesty International's website it is mentioned that Sweden has been criticized by the UN Committee against Torture (CAT) twelve times. Some figures on the net claiming that this speech today is even greater. According to varldenidag, a Christian newspaper it's 19 times right now. Sweden is no longer a country that stands up for human rights, but rather a country that is helping to send people to torture and death.

We therefore ask all Swedes and people from around the world with a bit of solidarity and compassion to do what they can to put an end to this profound violation of human rights, and show that it is not the Swedish people, nor human in any way.
